Mit der von Mares patentierten Liquidskin Technologie bietet die X-Vision jetzt ein nie zuvor gekanntes Maß an Komfort.
Durch die Verbindung zweier verschiedener Silikonarten gibt es nun keinen Grund mehr, auf Komfort zu verzichten, nur weil der Maskenrahmen stabil eingefasst werden muss.
- Der Teil, der auf dem Gesicht aufliegt, besteht aus einer Silikonart, die 45 % weicher und 270 % elastischer ist als das üblicherweise für andere Masken verwendete Material.
- Die Rahmeneinfassung und die Dichtungsbereiche werden aus einem Silikon gegossen, das etwa 30 % härter ist als das herkömmliche Material.
- Das extrem weiche Silikon, das auf dem Gesicht aufliegt, liefert ein ganz neues Maß an Komfort. Die Abdrücke, die normalerweise nach einem Tauchgang auf dem Gesicht zu sehen sind, bleiben weitgehend aus.
